VNRC was once again the lead presence in the State House on environmental issues. In the face of a growing business lobby, we managed to minimize the damage while playing key roles in passage of good legislation. But that hardly tells the whole story. Vermonters may be very surprised by how poorly Vermont’s environmental ethic was reflected in the State House.
